what our january looks like

So this is a exciting project that me + the ladies above are apart of! Lindsay rounded up all of us to participate in a monthly look back of our lives + how we capture it. I'm beyond excited for this + to get to know these wonderful ladies better!

First noel as Mr. & Mrs. Parsons!

Christmas in California! So blessed that we live 1 mile apart from each other and got to spend time with both of our families! Christmas couldn't have been any more perfect. We spend Christmas eve with my family opening presents, eating tamales and playing hilarious holiday games all night long! Christmas Day we opened presents at the Parsons and then headed off to Bakersfield to visit Lyle's family. Then we headed to San Francisco for a weekend trip!!! :) It was a prefect little get away but freezing! When we got home my sister and the boys were there to add to the fun! To say the least it was perfect! Best Christmas ever :D

Death Valley trip to see the fam!

My sister/brother-in-law and the boys just moved to Death Valley, ca. Yes, that's right Death Valley, the HOTTEST place in the world! But there loving in and are adjusting fine. Honestly, I didn't think that being out in the middle of no where in the desert would be so pretty. I love it. My other sister (candice) and I planned a trip to visit! It was so much fun to spend time with the boys and the fam. Here are just a few captures. :)
